Patricia (Tricia) Boccard

Patricia (Tricia) Boccard joined Climate Central in 2025 as the Operations Coordinator. In her role, she supports Climate Central’s Finance and Administration department and overall organizational operations. This includes assisting in org-wide communications, knowledge management, project management, and tracking department goals. Throughout her career, Tricia has been passionate about climate action and sustainability.

Prior to Climate Central, Tricia worked in several roles at the U.S. Agency for International Development, where she supported the operations and grants management of international disaster response and emergency management activities.

Tricia holds a Master of Public Management, with a specialization in Environmental Policy, from the University of Maryland, and a bachelor’s in Diplomacy & International Relations from Seton Hall University.
