2017 National Climate Assessment — Resources
Today, the U.S. Global Change Research Program released the Climate Science Special Report. This major report is Volume I of the Fourth National Climate Assessment (NCA4).
“This report is designed to be an authoritative assessment of the science of climate change, with a focus on the United States, to serve as the foundation for efforts to assess climate-related risks and inform decision-making about responses.”
Administered by NOAA, the report updates current trends in global climate change variables and their projections for the coming years. The most recent complete NCA (Third Assessment) was released in 2014.
