Regie Roth is the Development Operations Manager at Climate Central. She is responsible for managing the internal operations for the development team. Her role includes managing the donor database, ensuring donors are well stewarded, organizing donor events, managing prospect research and coordinating team efforts.
Before joining Climate Central, Roth was the Fund Development Associate at Carrier Clinic in Belle Mead, NJ for 6 years. There, she was a member of a small team of development professionals raising funds for the treatment of patients struggling with mental illness and addiction. Roth was the point person for the two largest fundraisers at Carrier Clinic — the Walk of Hope and the Kindred Spirit Gala. She oversaw the integration from one donor database into another, she helped start the Healing Arts Initiative, she worked to create a culture of giving among staff members, and she raised awareness about mental illness and addiction in the community-at-large.
Prior to working at Carrier Clinic, Roth worked at Jewish Family & Children’s Service of Princeton Mercer Bucks where she was the Special Events Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator.
Roth has decades of experience as a volunteer lay leader in her community. She served as Board President at her house of worship, Board President at a women’s community service organization and Trustee of a social service agency that provides emergency financial support to struggling families. She is also is the Founding Member of Action Africa, a giving circle that funds grants to non-profit and non-governmental organizations in Africa serving women, children and families.
