As Climate Central’s Technology Manager, Paul Ferlita is in charge of purchasing, installation, configuration and maintenance of all of the organization’s computers and network equipment. He consults with our scientific, communications and administrative staff to assess their technology needs, and also does research to find newly emerging hardware and software technology that might prove useful. Paul also oversees the installation and integration of digital video and audio technology to meet production broadcasting needs. Paul comes to Climate Central from Citadel NY, a technology consulting firm, where he was a systems engineer. Prior to that, he worked on the technology-design team at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton; he also spent several years as an independent Web and computer technology consultant.
