Program Summary
On July 28, 2010, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) released its newest State of the Climate report. This video explores this analysis, which shows the year 2009 tied with 2006 as the fifth warmest year since the mid 19th century, and 2000-2009 was the warmest decade on record.
