Record Heat Is Helping Shape Paris Climate Talks

Negotiators in Paris are working on an international agreement to curb global warming as 2015 shapes up to be the hottest year on record.

"The data and the knowledge will win out in the end," Stanford University climate scientist Chris Field said. "We're already beginning to see the transition where the evidence about climate change, about people's role in it, and about the things we can do to address it is really irrefutable. It's time to move on and solve the problem."
