Geoff Grant is Managing Editor of Climate Central, responsible for the editorial direction of climatecentral.org and expanding the breadth and reach of all the organization’s media and social media efforts. Prior to joining Climate Central, Grant owned a consulting firm that helped organizations plan their digital and content strategies. Grant started that firm after eight years as Vice President and Managing Editor at MLB.com, steering the editorial operations from startup to the Internet’s No. 1 league site with $450 million in annual revenue and 2 billion page views in 2009. That followed an award-winning career as a groundbreaking newspaper editor, known for hiring and mentoring excellent writing and editing staffs.
